Having been in gymnastics since the year she turned four, representing the Russian national team since she was sixteen, climbing to the highest steps of the world pedestals more than 20 times, including the top of the Olympic one, graduating from the National State University of Physical Education, Sport and Health, founding a school of rhythmic gymnastics for children in the hometown, having dedicated all her conscious life to sports, studying it from the practical and theoretical side, the Olympic champion Anastasia Nazarenko is ready to share a squeeze of the best stretching techniques in the most cosmopolitan city of the world.
